“CERN’s Greek Society”

In July 2012, shortly before the official announcement by CERN on the discovery of a NEW particle which matches a lot to the description of the Higgs boson, also known as the “God’s particle”, the show “Remarkable Greeks” entered in the inner sanctum of the biggest Nuclear Research Centre in the world. It is the first time that the Greek television came so close to the great experiments of CERN. Three eminent Greek scientists, Ignatios Antoniadis, Paris Sfikas and Manolis Tsesmelis spoke to the journalist Anna Grimani, about the mysteries of the universe and their role in the recent discovery.
